Description

Quick, no-bake Mint Oreo White Bark blends creamy white chocolate with refreshing mint and crunchy Oreo cookies. Simple, festive, and perfect for parties or gifts.

Ingredients

20 Oreo cookies, roughly broken

24 oz white chocolate morsels

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mint extract

Green food coloring, as needed

Instructions

Break the Oreo cookies into coarse pieces and set aside in a mixing bowl.

Melt white chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler according to package directions until smooth.

Quickly stir in the mint extract and green food coloring, mixing to achieve an even mint flavor and desired color intensity.

Fold the broken Oreo pieces into the melted chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a wax paper-lined baking pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.

Transfer the pan to the freezer for 2 hours until firm. Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.

For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies or nuts on top before chilling.

Test mint extract quantity for your preferred flavor intensity.
