This ice cream sandwich cake is a simple, no-bake dessert with layers of chocolate, whipped topping, and ice cream sandwiches. Perfect for any occasion, it’s a fun treat that everyone will love
Ingredients
12-16 ice cream sandwiches
1 container of whipped topping (about 8 oz)
1 cup of hot fudge sauce or chocolate syrup
1 cup of crushed cookies (optional)
½ cup of chocolate chips or mini M&Ms (optional)
Instructions
Lay a row of ice cream sandwiches in a 9×13-inch pan.
Spread whipped topping over the sandwiches.
Drizzle with hot fudge sauce or your favorite sauce.
Repeat layers, ending with whipped topping.
Freeze for at least 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
Slice and serve!
Notes
Add crushed candy for crunch.
Use flavored ice cream sandwiches for variety.
