Welcome to FlavorJoyRecipes.com! I’m dedicated to sharing delicious recipes and food inspiration with you, and I respect the creative work of others just as much. That’s why I take copyright seriously. This page explains how you can report any content on FlavorJoyRecipes.com that you believe infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you own the copyright to a work (or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner) and believe that content on our site violates your rights, please send me a notice with the following information:

  • Your Contact Details: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • Description of the Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
  • Location of the Content: URL or specific page on FlavorJoyRecipes.com where the material is located.

Please send your DMCA notice to:
📧 Email: [email protected]

What Happens After You File a Notice?

Upon receiving your valid notice, I will promptly review it and remove or disable access to the infringing content. I will notify the person who posted the content, giving them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Important Reminder

Submitting a false DMCA claim can have serious legal consequences. Please only file a notice if you are confident in your rights.

How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed but you believe this was a mistake (for example, if you had permission to use the content or it’s protected under fair use), you may send a counter-notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and accepting service of process from the original complainant.

If your counter-notice is valid, the removed content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner initiates legal action.
